It is definitely safe to say that all 4 ships will not be home ported out of PC though, once the 2 new ships are delivered.
I also don't think Disney will leave Port Canaveral altogether. They may choose to base some ships either in Ft. Lauderdale or Miami. I do think they will renegotiate a new contract with Port Canaveral.

I don't think Disney is going to completely remove a ship from PC...but they do like to move the ships around quite a bit...

How did Disney do with their Mexican Riviera cruises?

One option for the California cruises could be a 3 or 4 day Baja cruise packaged in with a DL stay. I think in summer 2009, only Carnival has plans to sail the Baja route. But the proposed changes to the PVSA act that the Customs and Border Protection agency may eliminate Baja cruises.

Lots of itineraries could be affected by this proposed change... with adverse effects to US ports. (Key West also comes to mind)

We need to keep an eye on this developing situation.
