    Rotational Dining

Disney handles dining a bit differently than other lines, with their ROTATIONAL DINING.

Here's how their website describes it:

Sample the flavors of the world with Disney Cruise dining. Enjoy a wide range of delectable delights for the whole family. Gather together to share stories of your day as you "rotate" at dinnertime through three uniquely themed restaurants with distinctive cuisine — staffed with your personal servers who accompany you throughout your cruise and cater to your every taste.

See next three posts for descriptions of the different dining rooms in the rotation.

Our son and DIL went on the inagural cruise and I believe I remember them talking about that, too.

Seems like it would be fun - especially since you keep your waiter each night.

My family loves this style of dining. While you do sit with the same people from diningroom to diningroom and you have the same wait staff you get a new back drop.

I believe I'd like it, too.

At the very least, I'd be quite open to trying it!

The boys and I also loved it.
It was nice as you sat with the same folks and had the same waiters, just in the different dining rooms. It was the best of both worlds as the waiters knew our preferences and would have milk, juice, or ice tea waiting for each of us.
But I also believe to be a waiter on Disney you have to really enjoy kids. They were always so good to all the kids!!
