Disney Cruises's past guest (loyalty) program is called the Castaway Club. Membership is automatic after finishing one DCL sailing.

Priority check-in at the Castaway Club desk in the port terminal
A Castaway Club gift in your stateroom

Sorry Sheila....didn't read the post til today...

The bag that was in the room for the CC member was nice, but she stated it wasn't as nice as previous cruises.

The CC member party was okay...there were many people there.

Nothing really jumped out at me that was awesome...but it was nice that they got a bag in the cabin. At check in there were lanyards too.

I got more, I think, for being a Disney Vacation Club member! LOL.... just kidding.

I think you can get it by calling Disney Cruises.
If you can tell them the month and year of your previous cruise with them, and the name it was booked under, they should be able to access the information.

DCL modified the structure of the Castaway Club effective in October '09, establishing three levels of membership and different benefits according to the level of membership you hold.

The new categories are:

SILVER - When you have completed 1 to 5 cruises
GOLD - When you have completed 6 to 10 cruises
PLATINUM - 11 or more cruises

Here's a chart showing the benefits of each category.

No need to worry about lost cards; your membership is noted in DCL's computers, and automatically attaches that info to any future cruise reservations. You can also retrieve your number and a list of your previous cruises by logging in to the DCL website and clicking on the Castaway Club icon at the top of the page.
