sailed on explorer of the seas in may 2011 ship and crew great, rented a scooter from special need at seas ,scooter broke down second night , ships mech tried to fix it no luck. special needs at seas made no attemp to get me an other scooter, we stoped in 4ports, ifbit was up to them i would have been in mycabin for 9 days. ships crew got me a wheel chair not the greatist but i was able to get around. and they checked on me all the time. special need at seas did not give a damm do not rent any thing from them their other co out their

So sorry to hear that you had problems with your rental scooter! I hope the company gave you partial credit for the rental time since you didn't have the use of it.
