Hi Eric! Noticed this is your first post. Welcome to CLF!

Scrambled eggs are a favorite of mine when I'm going through the buffet for a quick breakfast.

I am pretty sure they use real eggs. On the buffet you can get made to order omelets so you can have whatever you want mixed in with them. You can even see the real eggs go into them.

I'm pretty sure they're real, but if in doubt or if you want to make sure they're hot and fresh, go through the line where they're making omelets and ask them to cook you scrambled eggs. I never grab the eggs that are in the buffet line - much prefer to have them made the way I like them, and I'm willing to wait in line to get them that way.

HAL uses the cartons of liquid eggs sometimes -- and other times HAL uses the pwder form -- which can be very runny if too much water is added.

Don't like them on a cruise ship.

My hubby will go to the buffet on Princess every morning as he prefers the made-to-order omelets. But I think he asks for the egg-beater or egg-white type.

I prefer the egg white made to order Omlettes, but will occasionally have scrambled eggs.

    Exclamation

The eggs on HAL aren't very good,IMO. I usually just had fruit salad or the waffles.
