    New Dining Forum

    Hi CruiseLineFans!

A new forum to post your dining ad cuisine based questions and advice.

I will start it off with a post to a nice resource I have been trying to read through:

    CruiseGourmet Magazine

Do you have a favorite meal or menu?
A general question about dining or cuisine?

    Post away.

We are booking our first cruise, Crown Princess. If we opt for open dining will we be stuck waiting for a table when we want to go to dinner?

Welcome to CLF We are sailing the crown next weekend on the 12th. We have first seating but I wil ask around to see how it is working and let you know when we return on the 20th. Congrats on your booking, we can't wait
Some people try to turn back their odometers. Not me! I want people to know why I look this way. I've traveled a long way, and some of the roads weren't paved.

This forum should be a nice addition to CLF, Tim. Thanks!
I think it's just a matter of time until folks find it...

If you are flexible about sharing a table with others, your waits should be very minimal unless you arrived at the same time as everybody else.

HAL is now doing the AYWD dining -- and doesn't have it figured out yet.

We watched as they would sit people at a table where they were already on their entrees!!!

    How awkward!
But, I'm sure they'll get it sorted out.

When we go on Royal Caribbean we have to flip a coin to see if we are going to Chops or Portofino. Can only do one or I'd come home with 20 extra pounds. The food is tremendous in both, but ohhhhh so much food !! Went to one of the posts today & the talk was about Celebrity's Goat Cheese Souffle. My FAVORITE !!!! Hope they still have it. I'll see when we go on the Solstice in November.
