Here's some information from the Curacao Tourist Board's site:- this is with good reason, because we like to think there is no place in the world offering such great shore dives or opportunity to enjoy the beauty of sea's nature while snorkeling. The following list is a guide to 40 different dive areas on Curaçao which covers 65 individual sites.

Tugboat
There's one word that really describes the Tugboat, and that’s “cute.” Sunk over 25 years ago, the wreck rests at 5 m (17ft). It’s a very popular site, great for divers as well as snorkelers. It offers great photo ops and lots of diving choice
— wall, wreck, and deep. Tugboat is among the top 10 sites on Curaçao.
