They are all begging to look sqaure now, it's all bout squezzing in as many balconies as possilbly. Even P&O Cruise's Arcadia has had an extra aft peice add to make room for more cabins.

I found this on the web, so it appears to me that it will have the a steeper stern.

Queen Elizabeth is a new modified Vista class cruise ship announced by Cunard Line. The ship will be built by Italian shipbuilder Fincantieri at its Monfalcone shipyard, with delivery expected in 2010. Queen Elizabeth will be a sister ship to Queen Victoria, though slightly larger, at 92,000 gross tons. Capable of carrying up to 2,092 passengers, she will be the second largest Cunarder ever built, after Queen Mary 2.

Sounds like it could be an adaptation of the Eurodam. A bit more in the front with the upper deck lengthened a bit adding a few more rooms behind the crows nest area.

First pictures of QE, I "aquired" them from a site which has now been taken down.

She looks a lot like Queen Victoria but with small changes here and there. It looks like there will be Britannia Club (single seating) dining like there is on QM2.

WOW Stephen great pics. Very subtle elegance

My Signature Some people try to turn back their odometers. Not me! I want people to know why I look this way. I've traveled a long way, and some of the roads weren't paved.

The exact words I was going to use, Sue. Stephen, that looks like it can be a nice ship.
