Wow, that is totally awesome! I have a client that was thinking of doing the World cruise, or at least a segment of it...

Personally, I couldn't afford it and I could be away from home that long!

If you have questions about it, feel free to ask...I would be happy to help.

Bumping this up for you. Would LOVE to do a world cruise, but not the right place in my life. I've seen some nice ones out there. How long will you be away? I'd love to do one 4 months long.
Let your conversation be gracious and attractive, so that you will have the right response for everyone.

We are going on QM2 World Cruise

We are going on QM2 around the world leaving Jan 09. Considered QV as far as London and then switching to QM2 back to NYC. About the same money and more ports and not all that time going around South America.

In the end we chose QM2 for a varity of reasons.

Our room is on deck 11.

    Congratulations, I envy you!!
Some people try to turn back their odometers. Not me! I want people to know why I look this way. I've traveled a long way, and some of the roads weren't paved.

Good, when I win the lottery, that's the first thing I'm thinking about, umm,............. that's the second thing I'll think about, paying off my mortgage so I come back to my very own house is first.

Congratulations on booking your world cruise.

Sounds great. We just done the Transatlantic on the QM2. What a wonderful time we had. Wished it had been longer. You are treated like royalty.

    Hi Dot and Jim

I am so glad you enjoyed your TA on QM2 I have not sailed on her yet, but I am really looking forward to my first cruise on her in July 2009.

    Hi All,

Regretfully I am only on the tail end segment of this world cruise i.e the Transatlantic, Southampton to New York, 8-14 April. We then stay in New York for 12 nights waiting the return of the QM2 then sail back from NY on the 26th April.

Cruised before but never a Transatlantic so hoping for smooth waters.

You will enjoy the Transatlantic crossing. We did it last July 2008 & thoroughly enjoyed it. So much happening on the QM2 most of the time. Awesome shows, & lots of activities.
    Enjoy
    Cheers Dulc NZ.
