Cunard will ban smoking in cabins this year, they should also ban it on the balcony.

I agree a smoking ban on balconies as well as cabins would be good. Of course I am sure smokers would not agree with that.

Start serving the petti fours after dinner like they had on QE2.

Stephen, did you ever get the problem you were having settled?

Sorry no pictures of the petit fours They were only small round chocolates, but they were nice. They looked a lot like these http://www.thorntons.co.uk/p/Best_Sellers/60523.html

As for the problem, it was not actually on boad, but when I got home and received my credit card bill, they charged me an extra $77.00. When I queried this it took them 2 days to reply and they rang (even though I had asked them to contact me by email). They then spoke to my mum and said it was a charged added by the steward for something I had bought from the cabin. She asked what and it took them a week to get back to say it was a bathrobe and 4 cans from out of the fridge.

They have refunded the $77.00 but I am left feeling they still think I took the stuff.

My main complaint is the length of time it took to respond and the breach of confidentiality.

I am going to allow them until the end of the week to respond, then I am going to the Information Commissioner's Office to report the breach, lets see how Cunard like that.
