Welcome back! It is nice to know that someone else likes to know what one is eating before one gets it! I would guess that falls into the category where no one thought of it!

Actually it was supposed to be done and wasn't. There is a little green sign that says if you have allergies, please ask a supervisor. Most days one wasn't to be found. I'm sure that will change.
One day the loaf cake was peanut butter. That wasn't a problem for me but it could be for some people.

OUCH!!! And with so many people trying things that they have no reason to even think about, the potential problems are compounded significantly. More and more restaurants are stating what the ingredients are "just in case". It prevents problems from happening.
