We always get asked is it better to book early or wait and I always answer the same way; book as early as possible as that may be the cheapest rate offered and if you wait, the price could go up and you'll pay more. Plus, most of the time, if you've booked and a better rate is offered, we can get the reduction for you as long as final payment has not been made.

As for the price difference, I have many clients around the world and they are constantly telling us that our rates in the U.S. are better than they are locally across the pond.

Hi In my experience (UK resident) booking a cruise early for travel in the peak seasons (Easter, Summer and Xmas/New Year) is usually cheaper if you book early. However, I have found that booking a cruise late in the quieter months (off peak) is invariably cheaper. I would advise if you really wish to travel on a specific date or a unique itinerary then book early but if you are more flexible then book late. I would also speculate that with the down turns in both the UK and USA economics may cruiselines will find it hard to fill their liners without aggressive discounting.
