    Canaries or transatlantic in november

Ok would like your opinion. We are planning a trip on cunard for my hubbies 40th birthday and two cruises fit our dates.

    Canaries 11 nts
Transatlantic back to back 14 nts

Prices are comparable what kind of weather are we likely to encounter on the transatlantic crossing at that time of year.

    Hi Andrina

The North Atlantic can like a mill pond or very rough at any time of year, so it's pot luck, but you can be sure it will be cold in November. The upside is you would be on QM2 a true ocean liner.

I am guess you are looking at Queen Elizabeth for the Canaries, I have not sail on her yet, but I have sailed on her sister Queen Victoria. The first and last couple of days will be about what you would expect for November in England but once you get further south it should be warm enough to make use of the open decks and pools.

I hope that helps a little

I would go for the Transatlantic, but that's because I have been to the Canaries many times and I don't mind a bit bad weather.
