The only problem is if I wait to return on the Princess cruise which goes via Iceland I will be away 6 weeks which is the all the holiday I have. If I return on the QM2 I am only away 4 weeks. It's a dilema . I need to retire.

Or win the lottery so you can have a life of leisure.

I have the same problem but I am a contractor and do not get any vacation. Any time I take off is without pay.
