Wow! I didn't know they could dock early! How does that work with the dock workers and the immigration and customs people scheduled for the next day? Do the passengers stay onboard the ship overnight till the normal disembarkation time?

Cunard must have organised it with the port people. Will be great for them to see the sail in to New York without having to get up at 4am. Yes they will be staying on board. A lot of them are staying on board for the full world cruise, but even those getting off in New York will stay on until Tuesday.
