    Welcome "Thread Drift" refugees....

For those that had problems over there, please know that, unless you are vulgar or harrassing (none of the fine folks I know!) thread drift happens happily here...(gee, that sounds like 'In Hartford, Hampshire, and Hereford, hurricanes hardly ever happen...")

O.k., and we use a lot more of those smiley things....but you'll tolerate that, right?

    Cheers,

    Andrew

I'll have you know I was banned for vulgarity and I'm quite proud of that! So if I promise that I won't be any more vulgar here than I was over there is that alright?

Malcolm....my dear boy...just don't pick fights with the moderators...no need, actually, as they are a much more reasonable lot here!

And all depends on your definition of vulgarity....I find many things vulgar, but bite my tongue for the most part. After all, how can I maintain my feeling of superiority if I'm constantly stopping to point out others' shortcomings??? (Takes quite a bit of effort for me to feel superior, ya' know...)

I think in that other place it was heavily disguised obscenity that they called vulgar.

Does it? I suppose it's knowing that I am superior that means I find it so easy

This is the first and last time I shall ever defend pnhmrk, as you will find out. However, his obscenity was no worse than those seen on a daily basis in decent Brtish newspapers, and contained quite a few asterisks as disguise.
