Great video! I guess the SS America and SS United States are the same ship? Do you know where the SS United States is now? Sitting at a dock in Philadelphia rusting away! Everytime I go to Ikea or visit family in Philadelphia I pass by her. She was slated to be sold to an Asian firm some years ago and was going to be turned into scrap metal! A local businessman bought her and returned her to Philadelphia. I think she was built at the old Philadelphia Navy yard/Shipyard. He had an idea to turn her into a floating hotel. The plans were drawn up, etc., but the costs were prohibitive. Now there she sits, all by her lonesome, surrounded by shipping warehouses, tractor trailers, freighters and shopping malls rusting away. With the new casinos coming to the Penns Landing/Columbus Boulevard Area, maybe someone with some money will pick up the ball and restore her. I'd donate to the cause, just to see her as I first saw her in Monsters Go Home.
