    Thanks for the suggestions

I think I will just put it in the pocket of my swim shorts.

why on earth is it that men's garments always seem to be made with built in pockets, but women's clothes, not so much?

I guess it's a style thing, womens clothes tends to be tighter fitting.

I know most of the bartenders are very helpfull, but why would one be wiling to keep your wet swimsuit for you. sure it would be easier to dry and you would not lise it off your balcony, but still. That also begs the question "do you take it off right there ?" That leads to the other question of what do you then wear back to your cabin.

Good question. I hate it when my mom tells me to carry her keys because she is wearing pants without pockets. It probably has something to do with the fact that women carry tote bags and purses.

Actually, my wife and I have this conversation all the time. She HATES finding only pants with no pockets when she goes shopping. Carrying a purse or tote bag is so much more inconvenient than having pockets.

I think it is for the "flattery" aspect. Smooth, sleek, form fitting pants are more attractive (?) than baggy pants with pocket bulges.

There is nothing baggy or bulky about pants wiht pockets. I have to be careful to not put my dress pants or skirt on backwards.

Andrea, you know that, I know that, but the manufacturers of many women's pants do not see it that way!
