How interesting!
Has anyone every actually suffered from this, or known of someone who has?
Not after leaving a cruise. I did however have symptoms after getting off a train trip that was over 20,000 miles in a month long rail odyssey. I met a friend in Denver where I stayed for a few days before continuing my journey. I found myself swaying as I walked down the street as if I was still on the train.![]()

While I've never been seasick or used pill/patches, almost always I feel a bit dizzy when returning from a cruise. It's like I keep expecting the house to move ~~~~![]()

In all our cruises I have never had that problem. Also never have gotten sea sick. Guess I'm one of the lucky ones!![]()
Have never been sea sick -- never use pills, patches or anything.
And have never had a problem when we get off the ship.
