Has anyone else read Second Sitting by Stella Whitelaw?

Just finished it ... didn't take long. Have to admit that I would not have enjoyed it had it not been on a cruise ship. Since it was, sort of fun to read!

MAJOR QUESTION: I always say Second Seating, not Second Sitting!

Which is actually correct?

The cruise lines refer to it as, early or late seating.

I agree - second seating is more accurate and correct.

btw, I always say seating too.

I just wrote down the title so when we go to Barnes and Noble we can get the book.

But I have and I know that HAL refers to it as "seating" sometimes.

Lately now with the AYWD dining the traditional is now refered to as "Early Upper" and "Main Upper".

Mine came from Barnes & Noble!

It's new (2008) so only available in "hard cover" at this time.

Seating pertains to dining and sitting pertains to portraiture.
