What do your Shipboard Charges Run for a 7 day cruise?

We have many new first time cruisers..........give them a perspective on what your normal shipboard charges run for a 7 day cruise..........this is not a public poll so your answer won't be revealed.

Give our first time cruisers an idea of how much or how little you spend on shipboard charges for a typical 7 day cruise.

We always add the gratuities to the shipboard account half way thru our cruise... with that outstanding we may add maybe 100 to 150 dollars of on board purchases.. which normally consists of 2 bottles of wine and a pre dinner cocktail.. we dont tend to spend a lot on board (outside of the room)

What with shore excursions and automatic gratuties plus wine we probably spend close to 500-600.00 on a 7 day cruise. Our shore excursions for our 14 day South America cruise in March/April exceed $1200.00 already.

I don't pay for shore excursions with my sea pass so the actual on board charges for 7 days is right around $200.00. I like my cocktails but not being a heavy drinker, it doesn't take too many to get me to last call.

Ours came to about $350 last week. That included tips, but not any shore excursions.

I might add that the LOWEST I have ever heard of was a couple on our Splendour 10 day cruise in 2003...........at our final Meet and Mingle get together.......they told everyone their shipboard charges for the whole 10 days was at $47
