Some cruises are better than others but I have NEVER been on a bad cruise. My mentality is a cruise is what you make of it!

    Perfect so far!

We are six for six on good cruises, make that great cruises. Matter of fact, we have not had a single negative incident. Of course there have been some occasional rough seas, nothing out of the ordinary, and maybe one or two meals that one person in our party was not thrilled with, and one occasion where we had trouble getting our key card activated safe to work, but that's about it. We have always left on time, arrived in all ports on time, never skipped a port, and returned home on time with one medical emergency delay which required a toddler evacuation via a Coast Guard ship. Considering we have been onboard for a total of 50 days, we consider ourselves fortunate, though not just lucky. We have only sailed one cruise line, and so far have not found any reason to look elsewhere. For the most part, the weather has been very good, and we usually drive to the port so air travel has not been a problem. With one exception, our TA experience has been outstanding, the only problem we had was the one time we used a local agent, and the problems were annoying but not major.

I have not had a bad experience but I did have two very different experiences in my two different cruises. I talked about the difference on an episode of my travel podcast the "Amateur Traveler" podcast.

Even the one where the weather was lousy was great

So were the two during which we spent the whole time dodging hurricanes. The seas were a little rough, but sometimes, that's part of cruising!

    flacruiser,
That's right. It's strange how the not so great experiences can make the cruise interesting and memorable.

I never thought there was such thing as a bad cruise...

No matter if is cheap or expensive, in our vacations we expects excellent service. I am embarkation staff and for me, the passenger is the first place! The handicaped people, kids, pregnants & seniors has always priority. Our passangers are our reason! and they worthy the best service!

I hope your next cruise will be great!
Enjoy the Life! God Bless you...
