Food on a ship? Well, have to admit I do pretty well. Got tricked last time, DH said "Lets go for a cup of coffee at the Windjammer", this was at about 3pm. We had just eaten lunch at noonish. We went for "coffee" every afternoon. Coffee consisted of : maybe a piece of pizza, an ice cream, couple different chocolate things and then maybe a cup of coffee. I fell for it every day.

Ah but Hanna, thats what the ships like doing best...they like placing temptations in your way....and alot of the time its very hard to resist that scrummy looking choccy cake, oozing with fresh cream sitting there with 'EAT ME' on the label.....

I eat one meal a day on a cruise. I start about 8:00 am and get done around midnight

You never know...but if Hobbits worked on cruise ships, the buffet would always be empty. House Elves on the other hand, well, they just might be on the ships! I'll have to look for Dobie....

We usually only eat breakfast and dinner,but when coming back from a shore excursion we'll pick at the buffet.

I have to say that this year's cruise I outdid myself!! The very first night in the dining room, I asked for two shrimp cocktails, and two loveboat dreams. By the end of the cruise, I had NEVER eaten so many shrimp cocktails or lobsters, or HUGE prime ribs in my life!!

Our waiter just kept bringing them. Some we shared so he just went and got more!!

We tipped exceptionally well on Saturday night!!

Dickie thought I was going to get sick, cause I hardly eat at home, but I handled it very well!!

In all our cruises, the only thing I have ever gotten two of was the cucumber soup... (once, three!)

And now, they've taken it off the menu!!!!!!!!!

I try to make it to three meals each day, but that doesn't always work out... there are just so many more interesting things to do!

Now, at home, I try to remember to eat every day, but that doesn't always work out, either. Most days, but not every single day. DH is always reminding me...
