Love the breakfast buffet and the dinners! I seldom eat lunch but I will often have a snack...ice cream, pizza, or a tea sandwich!!

I eat when I am hungry and when the food looks good. Definitely dinner in the dining room with a few extra everything, lunch in either the dining room or the buffet and breakfast in the buffet (too late getting up for the dining room!)

Even snacks if the food looks good (and it usually does)

On Celebrity mid day snacks were not that enticing; on HAL they are to die for. Ditto for the ice cream!

I'll fess up, my diet definitely has changed as soon as I step on the ship.

I do the seefood diet, I see food and I eat it.

Since I've lost so much over the last few months,
I'm torn between two extremes.

Should I pig out as I usually do or try and be sensible.

I think I'll probably take a path somewhere in between.
I will definitely be upping my activity level to make up for s
some of the over indulgence.

I have made a pledge to weighin the same a week after my cruise
as I weighed the day I start my cruise.

None of the choices apply to me. I never eat breakfast, always eat 1 or 2 lunches, and always eat dinner, some with multi-meals. I snack all afternoon and occasionally hit the midnight buffet.

Dave,
You must be part Hobbit! (and those Hobbits sure can party!)
1st breakfasts, 2nd breakfasts, elevensies, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, supper, late night snack....

I love to try new things, so I am always up for at least one bite of something new and fun. Sometimes it's fun to nibble all day....a bite here and there...

We usually just have 3 meals also! Never eat midnight buffet but go and take pictures, once we ate at the 3:30 pm Dessert Extravaganza and since we have early seating, didnt eat dinner that night, so we had an all dessert meal LOL

I don't have a choice for what we do...

Breakfast
Lunch
Mid-day snack
Dinner

We have the late dinner, which is about 8:30 pm, so that mid-day snack is a lifesaver!!!

When we're cruising, we call it 3 hour feedings.

Realistically, we are not big eaters, we don't pig out at the buffets, preferring the dining rooms (pig out there with great service!). We typically have brecky, lunch, a mid day snack and late dinner. The midnight buffets don't work for us, we're early risers and can't stay up that late.

We don't always clean our plates, that way we can pretend it's OK to order 3 different desserts.
