Last week as we left the Strait of Juan de Fuca and turned south we hit strong head winds and rough seas, we were rockin' and rollin' all night. There was some damage onboard including one of the glass shower doors in the spa being broken. This was one of the 4 roughest nights we have spent at sea.
You also mentioned on the Observation thread that there were several with broken bones.

    That's a bit too much rockin' n rollin' !

I love the rock and roll, so long as it does not last too long.

Has there been any feedback from CLF'ers about October 11th Freedom of the Seas departure from Port Canaveral into a storm (Carnival & Disney waited)? I've read a couple of threads on other sites about "severe ship movement" & onboard compensation per cabin.

I was a little disappointed when I sailed on Oasis, as there was no feeling of movement at night .... My bed did not rock at all... I almost got tears over it....

I love my rock abye at night on ship... so can't wait to get on Jewel and be rocked to sleep at night...
