Do you use the swimming pools on ships?

I answered no, basically my wife is afraid of water and can't swim.

Yes - because I like to swim and it cools me off.

We don't mainly because we have one at home and don't feel the need to use it on the ships.

Sometimes .... While I almost never use the pools, DH often likes to jump in to cool off!

We do too ... but it's too cold to use ours in the winter when we normally cruise.

In the Caribbean, if we do not go to a beach, I swim in the pool.

On our last couple cruises we have used the therapy pools in the spa's extensively. When cruising in Mexico or the Caribbean we use them often on port days is we don't go ashore. Sometimes, we use them on coastal cruises if the weather is decent. Not so much when cruising in Alaska

We don't use our pool except during the summer as we use the sun to heat it -- and it'll be too cold the rest of the year. But I'm not a swimmer so I don't go in the ship's pools. My daughter will and my hubby may join her.
