I enjoy the singers most, so long as they are good that is or anything musical really. Not a big fan of magic, some comedians are ok, but others are just not funny, well to me anyway.

On RCL, I really love the Royal Caribbean Singers and Dancers. They are such talented kids, and their energy level is astounding

I am always "blown away" by the dancers/singers. Their 45-minute non-stop high energy performance inevitably leaves me exhausted, just from watching them!

Sadly, many (if not all) of the so-called comedians I've encountered aboard a ship show too many signs of struggling! That said, there are one or two who excel!

And, almost to a man/woman, magicians should stick to being magicians and never, ever, attempt to cross into being a comedian, as well! In myhumble opinion, almost without exception, a magician who tries comedy fails; and, a comedian who tries magic is likely to be unsuccessful, as well!

Much more likely to go to see a comedian than any other.

Thumbs up Music and dancing anytime!

My absolute favorte entertaining group is Cirque du Soleil, which combines acrobatics and dancing on the floor - often at the same time. Any show that includes music and dancing - minus plays with hard-to-understand plots - will keep me happy for 2-3 hours. Reasons for those votes include the special lighting and props and elaborate costumes dancers wear as well as the dancers themselves, but any dance show is awesome even with none of that.

The "other' is for symphonic concerts - the type with classical music, not rock and roll bands.

I did not vote for singing groups because I don't care about different bands, just want good music by singers with beautiful voices. Amy Grant is my favorite singer.

I did not vote for jugglers because the question is what are my favorite shows, but I do like to watch them to a lesser extent - without the magicians.

It does not fit into any singular category, but one show I love is Blue Man Group, which I read is on the NCL Epic.

My two favorite headliner shows from a cruise were the a cappella group Toxic Audio and a group from the 60's, the Happenings. So I checked singing groups. For non-headliners, I really enjoy when the crew members do a show that includes native dances and instruments from their homelands. And the costumes are wonderful!

UPDATE: I should have picked Other! My favorite show at sea was the ice skating show with aerialists! I was just amazed at how people could perform on a trapeze and then lower themselves to the ice and then skate. Incredible.

Come to think of it, we had a couple who were being courted by Cirque du Soleil. Phenomenal what they did on the silks. It was a combination of ballet, gymnastics, and trapeze all in one. They were also cute- we had several opportunities to talk to them during the cruise.
