I, for one, am not jealous in the least! It's wonderful you can do what you enjoy doing often!

On the other side of the coin we're ready for a cruise break. Three cruises in the past seven months (28 days total) makes us glad we don't have another until January. By January we'll be ready to cruise again ... but need a break. Does anyone else ever feel like that?

I have not yet reached the point of needing a break from cruising. I would like to see how much cruising it would take for me to feel that way.

Actually, we are at the point that we do need a break. We love land trips and that is what we are planning for the coming year. We booked a cruise while on board. We do not plan to take it. We are having difficulty finding a replacement. Maybe when the Europe 2013 come out, we will find one. Otherwise we may do the same old, same old (Caribbean).

We also met cruisers who do b2b2b a few times a year. For me that would be too much.

By the way, I do not think they were rich. Retired, receiving pensions. It is very doable.

My husband doesn't want to cruise for a while, so I promised him a land trip for next year.

It looks like a few of us are switching to land.

I'm betting that it will just be a temporary thing, just for a change of pace. Cruising is too good a deal from the planning and the cost standpoints.

I agree with you. On more than one occasion, I changed land plans to a cruise because it was too good a deal to pass up.

I have to remind myself now, that we are not getting younger, and if we keep putting off these land experiences, we may never have them.

I always wanted to cruise and knew I would love it before I took my first one. My first one proved me right. After 14 I'm still in love with cruising!
