Our favourite time to go on an excursion is in the morning, perhaps for half a day, head back to the ship, have lunch and spend the rest of the day around the pool, reading or falling asleep in the sunshine....glorious!

We also prefer mornings / all day. There are so many things to see and to do!And we love to explore new Ports and new Places. We can sleep in when we come back home

Though I like lazy mornings, on a cruise I like to be up early to enjoy the whole day. In the Caribbean I like the morning tours so I can bum around the ports on my own after or return to the ship and relax. On our European cruises I like the all day tours so I can see as much of the area as I can.

Cruising is a wonderful way to enjoy retirement!!
Stopped counting after 110 cruises.
I can't do mornings, I'm most likely up already, however I have to wait on DW. Not a morning person. This gives me time to relax have a cup of coffee. Go out to the top of the ship where no one else is and breath.

I enjoy getting off the ship and going on a tour AFTER the beginning rush of people have already gone ashore. I like to get up, work out, have breakfast, then go back to the cabin and get myself together for the day and then go explore.
