I do. They work very hard and have terrible hours. Anything they are allowed to have on down time for relaxation and enjoyment is awesome
Some people try to turn back their odometers. Not me! I want people to know why I look this way. I've traveled a long way, and some of the roads weren't paved.

Not only should they continue to have crew pools, but their own relaxation areas too plus discounted beers etc.

Yes I do! They realy have not much poibillitys anyway to relax and rewind. So I think their empoyer should even go a little further - like a nice gym etc in addition.

Yes, crew morale is very important. The lines should do all the can to help in this area.

To be a virtual prisoner to your work place, they deserve all the amenities possible to make life more bearable. Most work long unsociable hours for a small wage.

    Absolutely!!

The crew work very hard -- and they certainly desire some time to themselves -- whether it a quick dip in their own pool or just to sit in the sun/shade for a short time to relax (again in their own area).
