Well, we have actually cruised the Caribbean the most but it isn't our favorite itinerary. It's close and we mostly cruise for the ship now rather than the ports.
Our favorite destinations are Alaska and transatlantic crossings. We have done 6 TAs and our 6th Alaska cruise is coming up in May.
However, we have another Caribbean cruise in February!
I had to do some counting. It was a tie.
Mexico and Caribbean were both 17 followed by 12 west coastal, 11 Alaska and 1 each Panama Canal and Hawaii to Vancouver.
We will break the tie in March when we return to the west coast of Mexico.

For us it is the Mediterranean and I doubt very much it will stop anytime soon.
Its just way to much to see and do cruising in Europe to venture out anywhere else in the near future.

If Baja California counts as the Mexican Riviera, then that's the one we've done the most. But only because we could drive to the Port of Los Angeles. And because the Baja cruises were three and four days. Did three of those (plus an one-day from SD to Ensenada) and two of the 7-day MR. But as a couple of people have mentioned, this doesn't correlate with favorite itineraries. In fact, I'm not a fan of Ensenada and not big on visiting Mexico.
Have been on two Caribbean ones and wouldn't mind going on a Southern Caribbean. Would love to do the Hawaiian roundtrip again. But I think we're ready to try some new itineraries.

It looks like quite a few of us feel that were we have cruised the most is not necessarily where we prefer to cruise. We tent to cruise where it is most convenient to cruise. For us we consider the ship to be our destination. We really don't care where it goes.

we do.......For example we did Alaska once and that was enough... there are some places we would just rather not return to.. for us the cruise line and the ship is only 50% of the vacation
