Late seating always. It gives us extra time on port days, or have a drink, or take a nap. We dance it off after dinner so not a problem there. Plus we don't feel the need to get out of the didning room early because another seating is coming in.

I picked "other" because we do early with kids and late when they're home. We also hit every specialty restaurant, usually at later times.

We eat at late seating so that we can be up on deck at sail-away. Also, we don't like rushing after a day of excursions!

Early seating gives us a chance to have as long as possible after dinner before the midnight buffets begin..... Besides eating early means your body has longer to digest the food so you do not gain weight as easily (and I am going to stick to this story no matter what)
