Once on the ship all my worries just seem to vanish. This is me and DH time!! There are so many worries that are just not within my control so we just seem to go with it. I do get to a point about day three that I miss my doxie doggies and hope they are OK. My biggest concern on our last cruise was how am I every going to make it through another formal night in those uncomfortable dress shoes. But I found a solution! I wore another pair of black not so formal shoes and no one noticed not even DH.

I voted for the worries about family at home. Elderly parents who are not well to start with always have me concerned.

Hear You!

When we're away from our cabin for a while, I'm alway very relieved when there's NO note on the door or a telephone message.

Lulu, many years ago we did a land vacation to Jamaica. We came back to our hotel one night and found a note to call our office. We knew somebody had died or something horrible.
We called. Oh man were we upset. Somebody quit. What were we supposed to do about it?

We have standing orders not to be called unless we are close to a port. It would be terribly frustrating to get a message that someone was sick, dying or dead and be in the middle of the Atlantic unable to get home.

I really have no worries once on the ship. I have a little concern about the luggage but I could survive without it if I had to. With inconsiderate passengers , we tend to avoid them. One of the reasons we like to cruise is the worry free atmosphere.

I picked weather but really don't think about it much as I just deal with what we get. I did have a concern missing the ship when we leave here in the winter, so we go out a day ahead of time, actually we do that with every cruise now.
I so feel better once my luggage is in my room but really don't worry about it. As far as getting sick we are mostly nurses so bring the OTC meds we might need to take care of most "stuff"

Once I'm on the ship I don't concern myself with anything!
