I may not cook for nine, or try to duplicate, but I always look for something out of the ordinary. When in a foreign country, I don't order steak; I order something local. Why am I in a different place afterall?

I and my wife, for instance, first tried escargot on a cruise and now love them. I tried sweetbreads on a cruise - not my favorite.
