Thread: Do You and/or your Cabin Mate Smoke on a Cruise?

Do you and/or your cabin mate (husband/wife/significant other/friend) SMOKE on a cruise?

Please understand, this is a "FUN" poll. Many of us do things on cruises we normally don't do at home.

.... Like, I don't normally drink Bloody Marys at 9 AM at home ... but often do on cruises.

Have never, ever put any kind of cigarette (yes, I lived in the UCLA dorms without trying that green stuff) in my mouth. Never had any urge to try them.

Hubby had a brief time in school where he smoked. Has no interest in being around cigarettes again.

YES, we both smoke!! and we are going to continue for a good while also

But just because we smoke does not mean we will not try cruise lines with less favorable smoking policies. To me that would be self censorship.
I guess when we sail with Celebrity we have to have an aft balcony and puff away there so the smoke blows away from the ship Joke!!! (I know its not allowed)

Yes, DW and I both smoke. I miss the good old days when we could smoke in the dining room after dinner while enjoying our coffee, sigh. Now we have to make a pit stop in the casino or speak easy on the way to the theater. In the morning we sit in the little corner on lido deck with the other "out laws" drinking coffee and bloody marys. When the cruise lines ban smoking completely, we will be done cruising forever.

Hubby never smoked but sorry to say, once did and have been "smoke free" for 17 yrs. and am the worst about the smell etc now. nothing like a reformed smoker !! haha
