We usually book the day the books open for reservations, which usually is over 1-1/2 years away. That way we are insured of getting the cabin we want.

Carnival Victory April 22,2012. so excited to be cruising again.

Our next cruise was booked more than a year in advance, but only because the itinerary and price was right. I've also booked much closer to the actual cruise time. I guess it depends on finding what you want, not so much when. I also wanted a mini suite, which I couldn't get on our last cruise because I'd waited too long.
Voted 1 year in advance because we almost always book our MAJOR cruise of the year at least a year out.
THIS YEAR ... not so sure of what we'll do. With the economy the way it is I hate to book too soon. Probably, will wait a bit longer than normal this year....![]()

Char, Please add that option to the answers to my poll question. I think it will get lots of votes. Also, if it is not set to multiple answer you can change that option also. Thanks

So NOW my vote would be all of the above instead of 6 months![]()

I edited my vote as well, since it really is all of the above.
