Same old thing for us, we sail for the ship, not the ports. We go to relax, kinda like going home
Some people try to turn back their odometers. Not me! I want people to know why I look this way. I've traveled a long way, and some of the roads weren't paved.

We travel with a group usually, so wherever and on whatever ship the TA plans, works for us!

I like to keep the same ship (but that is not an option now) and Line. But I like to visit new ports where possible.

We have done many Mexican cruises and a couple to Alaska. Never mind trying a new ship. Mexican cruises we go for the cruise not the ports. Alaska, now there I would like to see more like Hubbard Glacier and Glacier Bay. We tend to stay on the West Coast for cruising as neither of us are big fans of flying. Some day would like to cruise to Hawaii roundtrip from the west coast.

Not big on flying either, so the Hawaiian RT was a great choice for me. Great for sea days fans (like us).

Not usually -- HAL doesn't really offer anything new.

I voted "New Experiences". For me, it's all about the ports...and the cruise ship is simply a wonderful way to get to some really great places.

But repeating ports doesn't appeal to me. There's too much new stuff out there waiting to be discovered!

If we do end up going to a port we have previously been to, then I do a whole lot of research before we leave to make sure we find totally new and different things to do there.

I am always willing to try new ships. As long as they are the type of ship I like...and as long as they are going to some fantastic places I want to visit!

Generally, we prefer to see or do something new on each trip we take. Sometimes it can be the whole trip (Tuscany) or an excursion during a cruise. If we wanted familiarity in everything, we could stay home. Travel give you the opportunity to do either familiar stuff or new. Your choice.
