i wanted to say i absorb every detail but royal caribbean stopped putting the shopping insert in every night. i used to like to read the history of the country, how to get around, etc. now you have to grab it as you leave the gangway in the morning for that port - if you remember. guess they're cutting down on printing costs. the regular daily compass is now just a listing of events for the day and what's in the theatre and how to dress that night.

    Enjoy Very Much.....

We like to review the whole Newsletter each night it is delivered to the Cabin.

Cunard ship newsletters are about 6-10 pages of details.

We even like taking everyone of them home and look at
them before the next cruise. We even look at them during
those cold winter nights with photos of the cruise &
plan what we would like to cruise next too.

    A Keepsake!

The Princess Patter is part of my bedtime ritual. I read it and plan the next day. Promotes sweet dreams! I then carry it with me the next day. If I forget it I pick up a copy at the Pursers Desk.

I read every detail because that's something you can't do at home every day.

I like to read it in bed before I go to sleep Like a lot of others I keep a copy to bring home and pick up an extra one to use.

I usually toss all the ads but keep the rest of it to see what I want to do the next day.

While I did not do it on the Noordam (why bother, I was confined to my cabin most of the cruise) I usually pick up a second copy to keep with me after the cruise- especially if I lose the first one.

My hubby finds it funny that the first thing I do when I see it in our cabin is sit down and read it front to back. It doesn't matter if we had just stopped into the cabin to quickly grab something or not; if it's there that's were we'll stay until I'm finished.

This is him when he see's it in the cabin:
