    Have you Parasailed? Would you?

I hear the views are incredible, but I have not worked up the nerve to parasail... and may never.

    What about you?
Have you actually parasailed? Did you like it? Will you do it again?
Or are like me . . . still haven't tried it?
Do you want to try it, or would you rather keep your feet on the ground?

Please tell us about your experience ( or lack of it ) parasailing, and if you will be doing it in the future - or why you won't!

I didn't vote because I didn't see a chocie that fit my opinion. I have done
para-sailing and enjoyed it. I wouldn't say that once was enough as I might do it again, but
now that I have done it, I am not so curious about it. I think that I did it in Tahiti and only did it
because it was for two people and somebody who signed up got cold feet so I took her place.
I didn't think that it was scary or anything, although when I hear about those parasailing accidents where people get killed or seriously injured, I suppose that maybe I should have been more terrified.
On the other hand, I have tried some other things like hang-gliding, tow-gliding and sky diving.

I tried it the first time back in 1984 while on a cruise stopping in Acapulco. Later in the 90's in did it sober.

It was great and I would do it again. It took a lot of coaxing but my D/W even tried it and enjoyed it as well.

I have a T-Shirt: "I LOVED MY PARASAIL" with the company logo.

The person from this selling the T-Shirts at the end of the parasail was very happy to sell one to me.

No Way!! I like my feet planted firmly on the ground. Now my DH is something else, he'll try anything once.

We both want to. We signed up for it in St. Thomas our last cruise but it was canceled. Something about wind - I was like uhhh Hello, do we not need wind?

Anyway, I would love to try it.. Just seems so amazing.. And if the cord breaks you should be safe right? You are attached to a big kite!
