Bora Bora: My trip there was WAY too long ago for me to know ... BUT ... I thought Bora Bora was ALWAYS a tender port. Do they also dock there now?

It's always a tender in Bora Bora. My point was, even if you could dock in some places, I would rather arrive via tender because of the beauty of the place.

Thanks, .... I really just didn't know since it's been so long since I've been there.

Before DH was disabled we loved tendering, but now he tires easily and need to get bakc to the shipo and not have to stand around waiting for the tender. Now this year he has started to bring his electric scooter, so tendering is an iffy thing for us.

I really don't have a preference. Whatever is the method of gettin ashore at any particular port is fine with me. It's just not a biggie to me.
