Thread: Poll of The Day 9/2/05 - How Soon Do You Pack?

The entire week before! Outfits all over our bedroom!!

I start getting packed about two weeks before cruise day.

I probably start throwing a few things in the luggage about two weeks before the cruise. After that, something seems to get in there daily until finally it's the night before we fly and almost everything is packed. Last minute things go in the morning we leave.

One week before we cruise, I get all of DH's medications refilled.

At that time I also run off lists for what is to be packed in each suite case. I have lists for cold weather and warm weather. DH then brings down the suit cases from the attic and we check to make certain that none of them need to be replaced. Five days before we are to leave I pack into plastic bags everything we need - but not the formal clothes. They are packed last - day we leave for the airport.
