The time frame and cruise ship with the cabin we need. So I am saying from 4 months to a year out. Although like most of you we also have done a few longerthan a year of waiting. thats when you have to fill the voids with another cruise!

We always book the day the bookings are open. We like aft cabins and you really have to book early to get those. We already know what cruise we want to do in 2010 and are now waiting for the cruise line to open the bookings.

I'm not one to book a year out. We've booked cruises at least 4 months prior to 1 month before the cruise.
