I find Princess has a website that is extremely user friendly.

What I would like to say to all cruise lines is that if you are doing maintenance on your website and parts of the website will be down for a day or two, then post that information on the first page of your website. There is nothing more frustrating than trying to find/enter information on the website only to find that there is a problem.

hmm, well for actual booking, Princess is super easy. BUT, Seabourn's website is more aesthetically pleasing, well designed, and reflects the brand more than other websites out there. not that i book all my cruises through Seabourn (i wish) but i like their website the best.

Looking back at the original article, were they referring to the site that travel agents use to book? Princess/Cunard/HAL offer the best way for me personally to book, individual ressies, groups and allows payments easily and without a fuss.
