Me too!!!! Didn't seem right to use and carry all over the ship until you could find a place to toss them!!!! There was a disposable can right under the dispenser at the dining room door, but if you grabbed one as you passed to the tables, then you used them as you walked to the table, then there was no place to dispose of them LOL

I've worked in health care, and the hotel industry (and, was raised in the restaurant business...).
Clean off the TV remote, for the love of all that's holy!! It's the filthiest thing in any hotel room in the world, and I would assume in ship cabins, as well.

I don't use regular sanitizers. I also do not use antibacterial soaps. I carry my own biodegradable, non-toxic hand sanitizer. I see no reason to poison myself (or, anyone else!).

    CleanWell Sanitizer

Comes in small personal bottles, large countertop bottles, and wipes.

Oh, and as far as worry about the Noro... nope. We have used MMS for quite awhile now, and it seems pretty effective on any sort of virus/bug that we may come in contact with.

I thought I might mention, also another place to get bugs from are the salt & pepper shakers on the dinner table and/or the sauce bottles (Catsup, mustard, or A1 sauce). Also from pulling out your chair. I wash my hands before I enter the dining room and as soon as I touch my chair to pull it out, I have touched where others who aren't so clean have touched. But hey, you can only try so hard right!
