I always take Bonine, start the day before the cruise!! One a day, and keeps me from getting sick, and if not rough doesn't bother me at all!!

My Signature Some people try to turn back their odometers. Not me! I want people to know why I look this way. I've traveled a long way, and some of the roads weren't paved.

I don't get seasick but have taken the wristbands sometimes just in case. On the last cruise I was on, one of our group was pretty sick so I gave them to her. They worked like a charm

I usually don't get seasick but when we had really rough seas once and I did I asked the room steward and He got me pills and they worked.

I swear by Bonine, it has always worked for me. Plus it does not make you drowsey like Dramamine, it does not give you all kinds of strange side effects like the patch. I actually start taking it the night before we fly just to get it in my system. I have to admit though the more we cruise and fly the less I feel I have needed it but I would NEVER leave home with out it

I swear by a little ointment called Motioneaze. You can find it online at Motioneaze.com. I discovered it at a boat show and I don't ever go on a cruise without it. You dab a small amount behind your ear and it clears up any motion sickness, etc. And it's all natural, safe for kids and pets! And you can drink with it, unlike Bonine and Dramamine. I tried the wrist bands before and they just made my wrists hurt. So try motioneaze!

I'm the only one of the three of us who may get a little motion sick. On the last cruise, I started getting dizzy from the rough seas so I took some ginger. I brought candied ginger from my grocery store and ginger flavored Altoids from Target. I also bought some ginger ale at our first port, but the seas were calm the rest of the cruise.
