Cruiseline Loyalty

Are you loyal to one cruiseline or do you like to try different cruislines, either for the experience or the price?

Our first five cruises, we were 'shopping' ... looking for a cruiseline that fit us and made us comfortable. There were two we loved, one we liked enough, and two we would never cruise with again. Since then, we have pretty much stuck with one cruiseline, but there have been exceptions so that we could cruise with friends or for some incredible deal to ports we wanted to try.

I am pretty open ... to anything except the two lines we just didn't like.

Loyal so far, but open minded so if a good deal comes along, I will sure think about it.

Actually we have been very loyal to HAL.
We still love HAL but at present we have cruises booked on the Infinity and on the Emerald Princess due to special itineraries and great pricing.
I almost bit my lip when I saw the prices of the 2008 cruises....for our favorite ship they want $5999 pp for a standard balcony cabin for a 14 day cruise!!
We may have to look for more affordable options.

We like balconies but don't like to spend alot of money so we cruise where we get the best deal usually, there have been exceptions however. So far we haven't had a cruise we did not love

I am pretty loyal to Royal Caribbean, including their Celebrity line.

However, during periods when they are not caling at Roatan, I would board a freighter to get there!

If something better than Regent (Radisson) comes along, I'm willing to give it a try!

I am very loyal to Princess, but only because it is a perfect fit for us, but we do sail other lines!!

My Signature Some people try to turn back their odometers. Not me! I want people to know why I look this way. I've traveled a long way, and some of the roads weren't paved.

We go on a group cruise once a year...and we never get to choose where we're going or what cruiseline it will be on. We just join the group. I have to admit it's been fun checking out the various cruiselines and I always learn a lot when I try a new line.

If you never try another cruiseline you might never learn if maybe there's actually something out there you like even better than what you're used to!
