Poll: Would you like a cruise that had everyday dinners like you have at home?

Some days we just wanted a regular sandwich for lunch and just home comfort food that we enjoy at home.

My first thought was "NO, because then I'll be cooking!"
After reading your comment in your post, I'm still inclined to vote no. Even when we areaway for a long time, I still like the special feeling of trying things I can't get at home. That way, when we do get home, all the stuff we eat is special at first, and it helps with post-cruise depression.

Not me, I only get to cruise once a year, and it is heaven to have great food I don't have to cook or clean up!!!
Some people try to turn back their odometers. Not me! I want people to know why I look this way. I've traveled a long way, and some of the roads weren't paved.

No thank you very much. I'm not too imaginative, so we tend to eat the same ol stuff around here. I like the variety on the ships.

On the ship, we get to eat things that I would never attempt to cook. Hubby gets to have as much fish as he wants...I don't cook fish. About the fanciest I cook is lasagne. If we don't feel like eating a major meal, there's always the buffet. At lunch, we may just go to the grill and get a chicken sandwich.

That's me too. If I want home cooking, I'll stay home and cook myself.
One of my favorite cruise experiences is trying something new or that I
    have limited success preparing myself.

NO NO and No! I have 3 kids two boys who are bottomless pits when it comes to food. I used to love pizza now I don't even want to see it when I'm on vacation. The boys told me it was great on the Sapphire Princess, but I can tell you I never ate any, why? Because I'm on vacation, thats why. I get pizza at least once a week at home I want something like seafood (Family and seafood= YUCK NO Way. I love it, but the family most whom have allergies can't have most of the food I like. This past cruise was awesome in every way especially the food.

Absolutely NOT! If that is what I want I might as well just stay home. Like the other comments, I like the variety they have on the ships. So many different items to try and things I don't fix at home. I don't think I have even had a hamburger in my 8 cruises. Did have some french fries on the last cruise, hubby loves them and had some every day.

I like the variaty at dinner. I do eat things that we do not have at home, like lamb. DW does not allow it in the house.
For lunch sometimes I just want a sandwich.
We do not normaly have a real breakfast, so it is nice on the ships.

In the Buffet, I see many things there that I eat at home. However, in the Main Dining Room I want to try something different.
The one thing I missed on the Crown Princess, that we had on both our Carnival cruises were the Omlettes made to order. They were pre cooked and there were no egg white omlettes which is what I wanted.
