My mom and I did the 4 day Baja cruise and the tender line to get off of the ship was 2 hours long. Back onshore, the line to return was 3 hours long!

The worst for us was just over an hour in Grand Cayman. Six ships in port and a hot humid day in March 2005. The problems was that because the Westerdam was a smaller ship we did not have the priority that Princess and RCCL had for their much larger ships.
