I can't help you there but on most boards people from Australia and the UK are always trying to book with US agencies. I have heard and have no confirmation first hand that in the UK you only get 1 price drop free and there are fees for cancellations, etc.

I have one experience with 1st4cruising. Although the booking did not always go smoothly. I had to watch the price drops myself and call them when I wanted a discount on my price. They tried to tell me it could not be done, but said they would give it a try. I received 2 reductions prior to sailing. I had some problems paying with my debit card (I live in Sweden) but they agreed to remove "credit card" charges after a few phone calls. The trip itself was trouble free. The Gatwick airport hotel was ok for sleeping, but I would book my own next time.
When I look at there website now they often require you to call them to find out exactly what the cost of a cabin would be. I prefer to know the bottom line prior to calling the TA.
I used V2Go in the US to place a deposit on our April 2011 cruise with NCL. Lee
