    Death-defying excursions ???

    Death-defying excursions ???

Are you an adrenaline junkie? Pack toiletries in your carry-on weighing more than 3 oz? Or order the fish special at a roadside motel restaurant along Route 66? If you answered yes to these questions then you probably like to take heart pumping excursions, such as, a view of the breathtaking rainforest while you're suspended from a zip wire above the trees, or crossing Suspension bridges, climbing platforms so you can view wildlife etc......

Tell us your most death-defying excursion you have ever taken???

Good thread, Zig. Nita and I went ziplining in Jamaica. That was probably the most "death-defying" thing I've done while on a cruise. I have skydived, ballooned and crossed a suspension bridge, also. Just trying to overcome my fear of heights.

I would love to do the zipline. One day I will. It looks great. I want to try parasailing too one day.

    Death-defying????

I have refrained from dead defying after a death defying stay in intensive care and resulting heart surgery to continue ticking. Blood thinners keep me from doing anything too wild, but I have been known to ride the front of a Catamarran like a bucking bronco in high seas off Kauai, hanging on for dear life and having a blast in the process!!

The only death defying excursions I have taken is that I went on vacation with my mother in law once. Once!

I have cruised with my mil once too. I also took her with me in my van following my husband in the rented truck to move across country.

I guess you would say parasailing at Labadee, especially since I'm afraid of heights. BUT, it was on an excursion to Dunn's River Falls in Jamaica the next day that I got hurt.
